At ConvaLexa, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
- Exchange can only be facilitated within 7 days after your order is delivered.
- If there are any size discrepancies, please provide images of the product along with size measurements to assist our production team.
- Exchange is only available in the case of size issues.
- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To request replacements, kindly send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product clearly showing the defects, along with images of the original packaging.
- Please note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handing it to our courier partner.
- If you notice any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remarks while signing. This helps us in claiming refunds from the courier service.
- Due to custom orders for our customers, we do not accept returns/refunds or facilitate exchanges for accessories and e-accessories.

- The color of the product(s) may vary depending on your screen resolution.
- To ensure timely updates and a seamless shopping experience, please provide your WhatsApp registered number.
- If you receive a torn parcel, unrelated product(s), or an empty parcel, please raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For added security, we recommend creating an unboxing video of the parcel.
